In France:
Delivery to pick-up points, real-time tracking.
For returns, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a different location than the place of receipt of the material.
In Paris or the Paris region:
Delivery 2 days before the start of the rental and collection no later than 48h after the end date of the rental. Service 7 days a week 8am - 9pm

DELIVERY PROTOCOL

To guarantee you full peace of mind, a 3-level delivery procedure has been established:
Level 1 Your package is shipped express to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a pick-up point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, tracking indicates any delay, the material is immediately re-shipped via express carrier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, fully at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the rare event of an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all available means to provide you with equipment, including the option of a hand delivery by Lousso to your home in France or in a bordering country.
