Excellent service! A brilliant welcome; the rental company was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The equipment was in perfect condition and everything was sorted quickly and stress-free. In short, a brilliant experience – I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!

We hired three electric bikes to go for a cycle. Right from the start, we felt as though we were inconveniencing the shopkeeper when we rang him, even though his shop was advertised as being open all day. He finally turned up five minutes later to hand over the bikes. Unfortunately, the bikes weren’t in very good condition. One of them kept derailing whenever we rode over a bump or an uneven patch on the road. This was a particularly annoying problem when cycling along the cycle path, which isn’t entirely flat and has several uneven sections. On our return, we reported this fault. We were then disappointed by the lack of consideration shown towards our comment. No word of apology, no sign of regret or interest in the problem we’d encountered. The only response we received was: ‘If you want to wash your hands, the washbasin is at the back. ” This attitude, combined with the condition of the equipment we hired, left us with a very mixed impression of the experience.

Don’t rent a bike here. The service is poor. When we arrived, the member of staff on duty didn’t have the necessary skills to set up the bike. Another member of staff, who knew how to do it, didn’t arrive until a quarter of an hour later. A few days later, when I returned the bike, the staff on duty couldn’t remove my pedals. I had to go to Intersport to get them taken off.
