Everything was perfect, from the fitting appointment to the ‘wow’ factor on the wedding day. Thank you for your professionalism; we were dealing with someone who is 100 per cent on top of their game. Valuable advice and a magnificent selection of dresses! There’s something to suit every taste and every style. The showroom is sumptuous, as are the dresses. Thank you for everything!!! I recommend them 100%

I recently had the chance to hire my wedding dress from Mylesia, and I can’t tell you enough how delighted I am to have visited them and been welcomed by such lovely people, so I wanted to share my feedback with you because you’ve been absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much ❤️🙏🏼

I was very disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment the day before by phone, clearly explaining that I was looking for a mermaid-style dress for my wedding, and also specifying the date. I was asked to confirm by 2 pm, which I did straight away, and then I made the journey – a journey of over an hour. Once there, I was simply asked to look at the dresses (which were lying around and very dirty). I pointed out the ones I was interested in, only to be told that they were all already booked for my wedding date… (bearing in mind they didn’t have a huge selection of mermaid-style dresses to begin with), even though I’d given this information right from the start. At no point over the phone was I told that certain styles were no longer available; they only talked to me about the budget and the deposit, which is clearly the most important thing. The result: a wasted trip. On top of that, no real effort was made to suggest alternatives or find a solution. I was made to try on a size 38 dress when I’m a size 40, knowing full well it wouldn’t fasten… with the sole justification being “it gives you an idea”. I find this really unprofessional, especially for such an important occasion as a wedding. A lack of attentiveness, organisation and consideration for customers. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I’m rather disappointed with my experience on the phone on 26 February 2026 at 11.53 am. Right from the start, I was told that my budget of €600 didn’t match their prices, as I wanted to hire a dress and their prices start at €900. However, I could easily have increased my budget if I’d been given the chance to discuss it or try on some dresses. As for sizes, I wanted to try on a mermaid-style dress. I was told they only had a size 40, which could possibly be altered to a size 42. I offered to come and try it on anyway, but this was refused. I think it’s a shame not to let a bride-to-be have a fitting, even if the budget or size doesn’t match perfectly from the start. The person on the phone struck me as unapproachable and unhelpful. It was an experience that lacked flexibility and kindness. The way this was presented to me hurt me deeply
