Very friendly and helpful staff, even open to spontaneous ideas. We rented two bikes for half a day for the return trip to the next town. The Solex e-bikes were quite new and worked perfectly. They even came with a lock. Returning them in Le Bois-Plage en Ré was no problem. They had notified us by phone beforehand. Thank you very much!

I generally never post negative reviews but frankly being charged 30euros for someone incompetent making a few ph calls to fail at fixing a display whereas other shops in Ars eg would do an upgrade for 20e? With not even a warning? Sorry but there are limits to what even affluent people you find in Les Portes are happy to be charged for. To avoid
