I came to rent a bike for the day. The bike was returned the next morning at no extra charge, as it was picked up at 11 a.m. So great!

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero.
I called to ask if I could bring my e-bike in for a rear flat tire (it's complicated to remove if you don't know what you're doing), and they asked me to take the tire off.
And they told me not for at least 15 days.
Are you kidding me?
The shop is only there to sell, but for repairs, go somewhere else.
The previous owners were much more friendly, business-minded, and accommodating.
