I highly recommend Rhône Alpes Bikes. They were very responsive and understanding when our car was in the garage during our vacation and we could only get supplies by bike. I initially received a discount, and then, after canceling my order due to a faster-than-expected car repair, they agreed to a full refund, even though this wasn't part of the original terms and conditions. Purchase of a Nuroad C62 Gravel bike. Laurent took the time to present several bikes to me in detail and offer me several test rides. He genuinely sought the best solution to meet my needs, without ever being pushy, while sharing his expert advice. When the model I had chosen was out of stock at the time of ordering, he found an alternative that allowed for delivery within a reasonable timeframe. I also appreciated the regular updates regarding the order's progress. The preparation and delivery of the bike were carried out with care and professionalism. A serious, attentive, and high-quality service.
