We did the full day VIP tour today and it was fantastic!! Even with the heat it was all very enjoyable. Patryk (sorry if misspelled) was a wonderful, knowledgeable and engaging host. Plenty of interesting information. On the practical side: the bikes are very easy with comfortable seats, baskets provided for food and the rides were not too strenuous. Plenty of toilet & water fountain breaks. Very knowledgeable about the market with lots of picnic ideas. The whole day was completely stress free and so we could cope with being let loose in the manic public rooms after our lovely private tour of the king’s apartments (there was always free space available if you walk on to the next area). We also got lots of family photos taken which is such a bonus for us! I was worried about the cost involved for our family of four but this company is very well run with amazing staff and equipment and clearly a tried and tested itinerary! I would highly recommend! It was money well spent and probably the highlight of our holiday!

Riding bikes through the gardens of Versailles was one of my highlights during our time in Paris. We kicked off the morning by visiting the local Versailles market to gather provisions for lunch. Afterward, we picked up our bikes and set off to explore the expansive grounds. We probably covered about 6 to 7 miles throughout the day, mostly on flat terrain. Our guide, Nick, was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating historical insights that truly brought the story of Versailles to life. We visited Petit Trianon, the Queen’s Hamlet, and the Temple of Love, covering so much ground that would have been impossible on foot. By the end of the day, we did tour the Palace, but the crowds felt overwhelming. Honestly, I would have been perfectly content with just the biking tour!!

What an amazing day for our family! We have two kids, 9 & 11 years old, and they absolutely loved this full day of adventuring in Versailles! Going thru the local market and immersing more readily in the local French culture, and then the amazing grounds we biked around with Bart as the most amazing tour guide, was truly incredible! We all agreed it was one of our favorite days of our entire trip! Highly recommend if you have a full day to give to this tour! It’s a delightful day!

From start to finish, our tour was magical. While we did come during a heat wave, Erik was kind, extremely informative and very helpful to make the tour as enjoyable as possible. From the local market to the grounds of Versailles, his knowledge and tour was exceptional, I would 1000% do it again. Adjusted our tour per the weather, and answered all the questions with had without pause! He helped us speak with the locals, if we weren't able to communicate in French, and taught us how to properly toast-with some grape juice. 10/5 stars.

We were a party of 8 with 4 underage; did half day tour meeting near Versailles. This was such a great way to explore the grounds of Versailles. The voucher says to meet at the company office however the bikes and check in are actually around the corner of the building where they can easily set out the bikes. From the moment we arrived the staff were so very friendly and accommodating. Soto was our guide and we felt so lucky to have him. It was a perfect mix of history and fun. The light rain didn’t even dampen our tour. I think this is the only way to do Versailles as the grounds are just too large and I can’t recommend this tour group enough.
