The bike comes equipped with a lock and lights. A helmet can be provided upon request.
🛞 And in case of a flat tire or issue during your ride?
The inner tubes of our bikes contain a preventive liquid, which greatly reduces the risk that a small puncture interrupts your ride. In case of a loss of pressure, re-inflation generally allows the preventive to take effect and continue your journey.
If that’s not enough, there’s no need to dismantle the wheel or try to repair the bike yourself: contact VéloFLOW. We will come with our vehicle to replace the bike if another is available or, if necessary, bring you back with the bike to your destination.

For multi-day stays, the battery can be removed for easy charging at your accommodation.

VéloFLOW offers departures from Gaillac, Albi, and Cordes-sur-Ciel.
Depending on the location and organization of your rental, bike pickup can take place from a VéloFLOW location or a partner point, upon reservation. We can also arrange to meet directly at your accommodation or near your route.
Pickup options depend mainly on the location, number of bikes, and rental duration. For specific requests requiring special transportation, we can suggest another pickup point or a more suitable solution.
