🎒 Travel with peace of mind
The bike is equipped with a lock and lighting. A helmet can be provided upon request.
🛞 And in case of a flat tire or problem during your ride?
The inner tubes of our bikes contain a preventive fluid, which significantly reduces the risk that a small puncture interrupts your ride. In case of pressure loss, reinflating usually allows the preventive to work and continue your trip.
If that is not enough, there's no need to disassemble the wheel or attempt to repair the bike yourself: contact VéloFLOW. We will come with our van to replace the bike if another is available or, if necessary, take you back with the bike to your destination.

For multi-day stays, the battery can be removed for easy charging at your accommodation.

VéloFLOW offers departures from Gaillac, Albi, and Cordes-sur-Ciel.
Depending on the location and organization of your rental, bikes can be returned from a VéloFLOW point or partner point, by reservation. We can also explore delivering directly to your accommodation or near your route.
The possible return options depend on the location, the number of bikes, and the rental duration. For certain requests requiring specific travel, we may propose another return point or a more suitable solution.
