Our e-bike offers are provided for the day. Of course, you can use your bike for only a few hours, start later, or return it earlier according to your schedule. The price remains that of the day, allowing you full freedom to organize your ride.

🎒 Ride with peace of mind
The bike is equipped with a lock and lights. A helmet can be provided upon request.
🛞 What if you get a flat or have a problem during your ride?
The inner tubes of our bikes contain a preventive liquid, which significantly reduces the risk of a small puncture interrupting your ride. In case of loss of pressure, reinflating usually allows the preventive to act so you can continue your journey.
If that is not enough, there's no need to remove the wheel or attempt to fix the bike yourself: contact VéloFLOW. We will come with our van to replace the bike if another is available or, if necessary, bring you and the bike back to your destination.

For multi-day stays, the battery can be removed for easy charging at your accommodation.
📍 Where to pick up your bike?
VéloFLOW offers departures from Gaillac, Albi, and Cordes-sur-Ciel.
Depending on the location and organization of your booking, bike pick-up can occur from a VéloFLOW point or a partner point, upon reservation. We can also arrange delivery directly to your accommodation or near your route.
Delivery options depend on location, number of bikes, and duration of booking. For specific requests that require special arrangements, we can offer another pick-up point or a more suitable solution.
