We rented four bicycles, 2 touring and 2 e-bikes from Emmanuel. He made the reservation process easy and efficient. Upon arrival, the bikes were equipped and set up for us. After spending the required time to ensure that the bikes were properly and comfortably fit for us, we embarked on an eleven day tour of La Véloscéine. The bikes performed flawlessly throughout the tour. The return process was very efficient. Would definitely rent again from Emmanuel.

Great experience! So glad to not have hauled my own bike all the way to France. Communication was great, had no problems whatsoever with bikes, and the very nice man who runs the place was able to hold onto my suitcase during my bike tour which was a huge help! Be aware that you need a code to get into store as it is in an apartment building - not complicated at all if you remember to read your emails ;)

I arrived to Emmanuel's shop with great trepidation, since I hadn't made a reservation and it was a gorgeous day in Paris in mid-May. But he was able to find me a great bike and sent me off to the nearby Canal l'Ourcq, where I enjoyed a wonderful no-car ride on the paved path along the canal. It was a perfect day!
