A bad experience with customer service. I encountered several difficulties in my dealings with the staff. I was not satisfied with the way my situation was handled and felt I was not given proper support. Don’t trust the positive reviews. Some reviews don’t seem to reflect real-life experiences. This is the least reliable bike I’ve ever used. I’ve had electrical problems every week and punctures two or three times a week. The bike may look attractive on the outside, but its components are very flimsy. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. I had to push the bike 15 km to their workshop to get it repaired, but they wouldn’t take it in and asked me to come back the next day, despite the fact that I’d arrived three hours before closing time. This situation was extremely frustrating. As I write this review, I’m still pushing the bike 15 km to get home. Before that, I’d already had a puncture in the rear tyre and a problem with the electrical connection. On my way back, the front tyre also went flat. The tyre is very thin, and the motor controller seems flimsy. This bike is not recommended for professional use. In three months, I haven’t been able to work properly for a single week, with 30 to 35 punctures and 10 to 15 technical problems during that time. Even if it were free, I wouldn’t recommend this bike. I’d like to be able to give it (-5 stars) to reflect my experience.

A rubbish bike, rubbish service. Don’t hire it, lads – you’ll regret it. Frequent electronic faults and punctures all the time. The staff are also very rude.

Hello, I’m sorry it’s come to this, but this client isn’t paying its suppliers. Despite eight email reminders, ten telephone reminders, an agreement reached and a proposed payment schedule, we have now heard nothing further from them. I would therefore advise against doing business with this company. I will remove this review once the situation has been resolved.
