I received a very warm welcome at Candice Prestige. I chose both my dresses from her as she has a vast selection (all styles, available to hire or buy, with alterations also possible on hire items), one which I bought and which Candice altered extensively to suit my figure, and one which I hired and which Candice had made to measure. The dresses are of a very high quality. Candice is a designer, and you can really tell from the way she works and looks after her customers. I’m delighted with the experience I had in her shop. She’s professional, attentive, very reassuring and pleasant. I put my trust in Candice and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d recommend her 100 per cent.

I got married in September 2025 and visited Candice Prestige in June… and in just one appointment, I found THE perfect dress, the one of my dreams 🤍 An incredibly professional team, attentive and reassuring from start to finish. As I’m from Paris, everything was perfectly organised, and I was even lucky enough to receive my dress on the big day without any stress at all. My daughter chose her two dresses from Candice for her wedding: one she bought and one she hired. We are delighted with the quality of the dresses and the alterations, which were carried out with great professionalism. The value for money is excellent. The fitting for my wedding dress went really well. The dress can be altered 100 per cent and Candice gives excellent advice. 💒

Hello, I went to Candice Prestige to find my wedding dress and my future husband’s suit. We started the process a year in advance and booked the dresses, suits and accessories. At the second appointment, which was the second fitting, we had to pay for the entire order. Once the payment had been made, it became very difficult to get hold of Candice: no replies to phone calls or text messages. At every scheduled appointment, none of the items were ready. On two occasions, we had to wait nearly an hour for alterations to be carried out, and some even had to be redone because they’d been done poorly. Trousers that were too short – and it was our fault – and a shirt that wasn’t the right size, even though it had been reserved six months earlier… The administrative side of things also leaves a lot to be desired: the accounts do not seem to be kept properly, as we were asked on several occasions to pay sums we had already paid. The most regrettable thing is the lack of self-reflection in the face of these numerous shortcomings. In the end, we had to make a scene to get our items back on time. I do not recommend this shop if you’re looking for peace of mind whilst planning an event as important as your wedding.
