Impact 40/120: The future unicorns of social and ecological impact
An index to promote impact at the heart of the economy
Launched by the Mouvement Impact France, the Impact 40/120 index aims to identify and support the most promising French startups in terms of social and environmental impact. Unlike traditional indices focused on financial performance, Impact 40/120 highlights companies that place impact at the heart of their business model.

Selection criteria for impact companies
Companies selected for the Impact 40/120 index meet specific criteria:
- Impact: a social, environmental or economic mission at the heart of their business.
- Coherence: sharing power and value within the organization.
- Recency: created after 2014.
- Innovation: breakthrough in practices and representations.
- Maturity: at least 20 full-time equivalents and sales of 1 million euros.
A jury of experts from the impact ecosystem selects the 120 companies to follow, from which 40 are chosen as the most promising to become impact unicorns.
The 2025 winners: diversity and commitment
For the first time, Lokki is one of the 120 companies to follow. The 2025 winners include innovative companies such as Yuka, Verkor, WeWard, InovaYa, Neosilver and many others, covering a wide range of sectors including health, food, energy and social inclusion.

Selected companies benefit from personalized support via the Impact Lab, offering them tools to accelerate their growth and maximize their impact.
