Delivery to a pickup point, real-time tracking.
For returns, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. Returns can be made from a different location than where the equipment was received.
In Paris or the Paris region:
Delivery 2 days before the start of the rental and collection no later than 48 hours after the rental end date. Service 7 days a week 8am - 9pm

To guarantee you total peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been put in place:
Level 1 Your package is shipped via express chrono to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a pickup point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via express carrier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, fully at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all available means to provide you with equipment, including the option of a hand delivery by Lousso to your home in France or in a neighboring country.
