Delivery to a relay point, real-time tracking.
For returns, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a different location than where the equipment was received.
In Paris or the Paris region:
Delivery 2 days before the start of the use and collection no later than 48 hours after the end date. Service 7 days a week from 8am - 9pm

To guarantee you total peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been implemented:
Level 1 Your package is shipped in express time to arrive 3 days before the beginning of the use at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, the tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via an express carrier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, fully at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an incident with the express shipping, Lousso mobilizes all resources available to provide you with equipment, including the option of hand delivery by Lousso to your home in France or in a neighboring country.
