For the return, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a different place than where the equipment was received.

To guarantee you complete peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been put in place:
Level 1 Your package is sent express to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately resent via express carrier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, fully at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the rare event of an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all available means to provide you with equipment, including the option of a hand-delivery by Lousso to your home in France or a neighboring country.
