Delivery to a relay point, real-time tracking.
For return, a prepaid slip is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a different location than where the equipment was received.

Delivery 2 days before the start of the location and collection at the latest 48 hours after the end date of the location. Service 7 days a week from 8 am - 9 pm

To guarantee you total peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been put in place:
Level 1 Your package is shipped express to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, the tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via an express carrier for next-morning delivery with FedEx, fully at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all available means to provide you with equipment, including the option of hand delivery by Lousso to your home in France or in a neighboring country.
