In France:
Delivery to relay points, real-time tracking.
For returns, a prepaid voucher is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. Returns can be made from a different location than where the equipment was received.
In Paris or the Parisian region:
Delivery 2 days before the start of the rental and collection no later than 48 hours after the end date. Service 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm

To guarantee you complete peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been implemented:
Level 1 Your package is shipped via express courier to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, the tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via express courier for next-day delivery with FedEx, entirely at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional event of an issue with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all means at its disposal to provide you with equipment, including the option of personal hand delivery by Lousso to your home in France or in a neighboring country.
