We had an excellent day renting 4 bikes from this location and cycling East along the river. I would highly recommend this shop. The booking was straightforward on the website. When we arrived, the bikes were provided quickly and everything was exactly as requested in the online booking. We had an issue with one of the bikes immediately we left the shop, but this was swiftly resolved. The shop changed the bike without question, even though I was unable to explain the problem in French or demonstrate the problem in the shop. This was really great customer service, as they were clearly busy and another bike was provided without question, thank you. One word of reassurance for those using the website to book - There was a bit of confusion about the deposit. The Lokki rent website, that station Bee's directs to, requested a E400 deposit online in advance, but we didn't feel comfortable doing that due to the differences in the way this is processed, compared to British websites, and the somewhat uncertain terminology used, probably due to the Google translation of the site. In the end, we decided not to provide an online deposit and we just paid the E400 deposit at the shop when collecting the bikes. It was a little confusing as the gentleman at the desk said that their website didn't have a deposit function, which caused a moment of confusion, as there definitely is that function online. In any case, our deposit was returned/annulled in full and the deposit transaction disappeared from our credit card the following day, as expected. Overall, a highly recommended location. Thank you.

We just walked in without a booking and were welcomed and were able to rent two e-bikes. Friendly and a plus is that they spoke English 😁 made it a little easier. Recommended.

With a language barrier, we were still able to get the Bosch update needed for my ebike! A fantastic guy helped us out… great service and this must be the warmest bike shop I’ve ever been in! Toasty warm. Thanks so much for your assistance

Excellent bike rental - we only booked the evening before for 10am the next day. We had planned to collect the bikes from the shop, and had then paid for them to be collected from our accommodation. To our pleasant surprise they were delivered to our accommodation in the morning, alongside a bike pump and bike lock. Great bikes and great friendly service
